We provide a commissioner for oaths on the premises. The role of commissioner for oaths is to swear documents for production in Irish courts and government offices. You do not have to make an appointment to call in to see the commissioner.
You must bring proper, government issued, photographic ID with you for swearing, for example:
- a passport,
- a driving license
- a public services card
- a Garda age card
are all acceptable.
If you have documents for swearing abroad, you must use the services of a notary public. We have attached a link to notaries available in Ireland.
We also impress stamp duty on court documents, and can provide fee cards. You can check the stamp duty on any particular document by clicking here.
